Ice Skating and Steamboat!!

I had a truly joyous last Thursdayyyy with the monkeys!!

First we went to Sushi Zanmai for our brunch! Then walk walk and went ice skating! Yay!

Paid RM15 for the entrance fees and we are ready to skate!! hehe ^^

This was the first time that most of us went to ice-skating. 

Being a beginner for ice skating, I was pretty apprehensive, part of me would like to enter the ice skating rink as fast as possible, but another part of me were worried about falling down on the rink,

and become joker of the day.

Here's the thing, before we all went to the ice rink for skating,

most of them said that they are either first-timers or really terrible at ice skating.

Once I put my first foot on the rink, I realized that it is nothing like what I expected before, it is freaking slippery and I cannot even stand straight, I quickly hold the fence around the rink and

I was like.. "oh damn, what have I done, I started to regret now. Can I leave now?"

but I guess it's a little bit too late for that. I halted there, and looked around the ice rink.

When we were all struggling at the ice rink, the guys were all effortlessly gliding across the ice looking like professional skaters.

Jia May and I felt so cheated and started to murmur with each other, 

"These are the so-called first-timers!"

But luckily they are really kind enough to teach and lead us.

The fun begins. It was really fun skating on the ice, I love the feeling of being on ice,

although most of the time I was holding the fence hahha.

I just don't wanna leave my hands off the fence because i am too afraid of falling down.

They keep forcing me to let go off the fence and I was like, "NO!"

as in I am Juliet and the fence is Romeo, nobody gonna separate us. *dramaqueen

Nah, just kidding.

Hahhaha. Long story. But thanks all the monkeys for teaching me and saving my life.

I almost fell for a few times but they rescued me!! :D

Overall, the ice skating session was amazing, we were all ecstatic to be there, except Mona, hahhaa

because she said 'ice-skating' isn't her thing haha.

Then after the ice-skating session, we went to buy mille crepe for Silvia's birthday celebration and went to steamboat at Chong Qing (Mentari). Here are some of the photos, hehhehe i grab all these photos from Jia May. Oh damn, I freaking need a camera now. It's really not good keep stealing people's photo. heheh

In order to choose bangs and fringe which looks good on you,
we have to consider about two key points:
1. Face Shape
2. Type of hair


Which bangs flatter your face shape most?

Round Face: Long, side-swept bangs

Square Face: Full, blunt bangs

 Oval-faced: Any bangs

Heart shaped: Long bangs

Deciding hair bangs based on the face shape might not be accurate enough. Hair type is a vital factor as well, everyone has different hair type and some people might not able to get their ideal bangs or fringe. It's always better to go for a good and trusted saloon, ask them for recommendation and they will tell you which bangs suit you.  Staring at Zoey Deschanel's photo makes me feel like getting bangs as well. haha.

ABC+Rojak

Finally satisfied my sushi cravings today with my lovely sister.

OKAY back to the topic.

Well in my opinion, Sushi King don't really serve the best sushi, but it's good enough to fulfill my sushi cravings. Their unagi and cheese tobikko sushi are Samantha's and my favorite. 

And yeah, did anyone know that Sushi Bonanza is coming soon?

15th to 18th of October in Selangor and KL yo! I remembered I was with the monkeys, the first time I went to a Sushi Bonanza, and we had lots of fun too. Great memories! Monkeys always the best! :D

Our current hectic university life and different courses have actually distant us,

we are no longer that close anymore :( 

Hmm, hopefully we all get to go there again this year! :D

And those who followed my twitter would definitely know this, I've been mentioning the same tweet all over again, haha I'm going ice skating with the UNISA monkeys for the first time in my life!

So excited and highly anticipated about that! hopefully I won't fall too terribly as a first-timer.

 and there's a steamboat party going on at night. Yay!

Happy Birthday, Silvia!

Although we both knew each other only 7 months time, but we are pretty close already.

She's a really lovely and adorable girl. 

And she's the first Indonesian that I know who can speak mandarin, english and hokien fluently!

To the Beautiful You!

Any one here loves Korean drama? Recently my sister, Samantha has introduced me 

a Korean drama called To The Beautiful You and I really love it!

It's a comedy based on a Japanese comics, Hanazakari no Kimitachi. This drama talks about a Korean girl who is staying in United States adored a talented and famous high jump Korean athlete. 

She idolized the athlete and in order to get closer to her idol, she disguised herself as a guy

to enter the all-boys boarding school that her idol is currently studying at.

Unlike the other dramas, this drama is filled with fun and unique elements in which you will never get bored. Besides that, all the actor and actresses are very attractive and nice looking as well. 

oh my oppa! (喔我的oppa!) hahaha.

And yeah, I'm pretty sure you guys gonna love it. Go watch it! It's trending yo!
