TGIF at Uncle Jang!

Finally tried out Uncle Jang's Dak Galbi last 2 weeks with Silvia, Mandy, Sunaree and Jae Sern. 

It tastes really really good, and I've been craving for it since Monday and invited bunch of the monkeys for Dak Galbi (Korean spiced chicken served with vegetables) together yesterday.

So basically, it's my second time of trying out  Uncle Jang's Dak Galbi *giggles*

There is a big pan which is placed in the middle of the table and they cook Dak Galbi right in front of us after we placed our order. FYI, Dak Galbi is cooked using raw chicken with marinated chilli pepper paste based sauce, sweet potato, cabbage, rice cake. Korean rice cake is the best!! *drools*

And there are several things form us to add on, and we choose to add on ramen :)

There are 2 options for the Dak Galbi, you can choose either Original or Spicy,

do note that the original one is already spicy, truly recommend the new comers to order Original instead

of spicy because some people just couldn't bear with the spiciness.

While he's cooking, the strong aromatic smell just attacked our senses and makes us hungry instantly.

The appearance of Dak Galbi may not look good but seriously, it tastes superb! The combination of the tender chicken, vegetables and rice cake is just perfect.  

But there's one thing that I really don't like about the restaurant, which is the air ventilation,

everytime once I entered the restaurant, there's this spicy whiff which caused us to choke. I guess

they have to work something on that, but it's okay overall the food is really scrumptious and I

don't mind getting choked (a bit) for the food *wink*

Love this brunch session with these monkeys coz it's been awhile since we last gather and

actually have some friends bonding moment together. Here's a group photo of the gang!

I really love these people, had so much fun with them and looking forward for more outings!
